The Boobie Files

Share Your Story

Your truth matters. Your voice could be the one someone needs to hear.

At The Boobie Files, we believe in the power of storytelling to heal, connect, and create real change. If you’ve experienced breast cancer firsthand—whether as a patient, survivor, thriver, or loved one—we’d be honoured to share your story.

This isn’t about perfect grammar or polished writing. It’s about real life—the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Your experience might help someone feel less alone in the scariest moment of their life. That matters.

What to Share:

We’re looking for real, raw stories about:

  • Receiving your diagnosis
  • Surgery, treatment, or recovery
  • Emotional moments you’ll never forget
  • Navigating motherhood, relationships, or work
  • Identity, body image, and healing
  • Moments of humour, fear, frustration—or triumph
  • What you wish you knew back then

You don’t need to be a writer. Just be you.

How it Works:

  1. Submit your story using the form below (you can remain anonymous or include your name and photo if you’d like).

  2. We’ll gently edit for clarity (if needed), but always preserve your voice.

  3. You’ll be notified before it goes live on our Real Stories blog.

  4. Want to include a photo of yourself? A picture can bring your story to life, but it’s totally your call.

You’re not just telling a story

You’re creating a lifeline for someone who might really need it.

Ready to share? Submit your story below.

(You can use your first name, initials, or leave blank to stay anonymous)

(So we can get in touch before publishing—never shared)

(Give your story a name, or leave it blank and we’ll help)

(Feel free to write as little or as much as you’d like. Honest. Raw. Real.)

(Optional – please upload a photo if you’d like it shared with your story)
